There are many advantages to online therapy which include increased convenience, comfort, and accessibility. No need to waste time getting ready and driving to and from the office. Instead, you can enjoy being in the comfort of your own home. For some busy clients it’s easiest to fit in therapy during their break at work, simply joining in from their parked car or another private space.
Teletherapy also gives clients the option to see therapists across the state, and some providers (including myself) are authorized to see clients across multiple states through the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT).

Do not hesitate to reach out if you think I may be a good fit for you. In certain circumstances you might qualify for a lower rate. If we cannot come to an affordable arrangement, I can provide recommendations for other therapists who may be able to accommodate your needs.

I teach techniques for my clients to practice in session, so they can apply them outside of session. I accept my clients as they are and help them get where they would like to be.
